Unfairly Disconnected

If I could rate this company, I would give it no stars cause everything about DSTV is BS. I received an amount of R697.70 last week for my monthly subscription and reconnect fees nothing else. This morning they send me a sms to disconnect my service I call then get told that there is a balance of almost r400.00 are these people on drugs. They refuse to reconnect my decoder. So, what this is telling me that I paid almost R700.00 for 8 days viewing? Then on the other hand they lost the router that I returned on the 1/05/2024 to the main office, now they are making it my problem and charge me for something I don't have. I'm so over this company, you pay such a lot of money for what? Well let me say this I paid that was given to me. I WANT MY SERVICE TO BE RECONNECTED TODAY NOT A DAY LATER. I have been very patient and understanding, so this is the last straw. FIX IT!!!!!!! TODAY
