UNFAIR, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING Service from DSTV
I called my DSTV moments ago and terminated their Service. They continued billing me... now I am attempting to reconnect and they are claiming that they do not have records of the call and expect me to pay R814.25 I am currently being attended to by Bathabile Langa, who is not concerned about this at all and is not interested to check and find where the mistake was...
My consumer rights are clearly not important to Bathabile Langa...
