Unfair treatment nd ******ion

Dstv is no longer the same they serve pure nonsense service to consumers , they lack accountability my dstv contract was canceled on the 17 july 2023 without my concern ,which on the 03 February 2023 its a 24month contract week ,they now claiming more money from me ,whenever i ask for my contract to be reinstated they keep telling me to wait because my query has been escalate they will get back to me but up to now no respond yet ,to me that is pure ******ion two weeks of torture especially for my kids , no service for me will they did received payment from me my last payment was paid on the 20 July 2023 the amount of R592 my references numbers from dstv *****ulent is INC*** and ***0
