Unfair Treatment from DStv (MultiChoice)

I have a very bad experience with Multichoice recently and ended up not being helped and being on hold for 15 minutes without any helping me. There was a promotion of upgrading to dstv compact plus , which I app**** and an amount that was not agreed upon was dedicated with my knowledge. I then got a refund then but my services was never upgraded from dstv compact to compact plus .I have many reference numbers which are not useful to me now
