Unfair treatment

On 27 February 2020 I purchased a decoder from pep store no:23 church street bronkhospruit 1020 they instructed me to take it to multichoice at no:34church street in bronkhospruit to register and get installer on 27/022020 so i did all the registrations with the since that date am waiting for a installer so I called them again if did they found a installer then the lady by the name of pretty gave an attitude and drop the phone so on 4th of March the guy foned me he said he is a installer from them his name is moss he said is coming but he never comes he’s number is *** the following day he did the same on 8march he said he’s coming but he never I didn’t even went to church I was waiting for him he ended up blocking my call it is difficult for me to stay with a decoder that’s is not installed I was thinking even taking it back to pep store because it’s been a long time now please try to resolve the issue (installation to be done at verena D no1997 mpumalanga)
