Unfair suspension

References ***3 I paid dstv on the 26 January 2026 and I WhatsApp on *** to request a downgrade to dstv family package. On the 26 February 2026 I paid R400 however this morning I woke up to my dstv benn paused. Dstv emails are not working they are not answering phones this is frustrating, I was kept on dstv compact the whole of February without my consent and when does dstv give for services that we didn't pay for because as far as I know you pay for services in advance now that I paid R400 January why was i kept on dstv compact may you please restore my services to dstv family access
