Unfair service

I’m honestly disappointed with the way you guys run things . I went to Maponya today to change my faulty decors and I was forced to buy a Diplexer for R250 and I was given a hand written receipt written no refund exchange within 7 days . My installer said it wasn’t needed honestly I was fooled . Where should I take this thing in such times.

I got decors without remotes and they told me remotes are sold separately. Funny my partner went to change his and he got a box with everything. I feel like this goes with who you are and as for R250 I want my mom . I honestly don’t afford R250 at this moment and I can’t buy remotes separately where’s when we pay for insurance we pay for the decor and I know it comes with accessories where do you take those accessories. I honestly want my mom back and the remotes.
