Unfair service

I was on annual plan with multiple choice and on the 4th February I downgraded my plan to monthly and asked them to cancel all recorders that I have with them and leave only 1.Now they switched off my decor and when I ask the recordings they are No where to be found. Always they tell us “All calls are recorded “ and they expect me to pay money again.I paid on the 04th and today is 19th not even a full month
