Unfair practice

I’m very disgusted in how they went about terminating the Walka and Drifta services. To simply inform customers that they are not supporting these services after we had to make investments in these devices to gain mobile access at the time. The least they can do is swop devices out to compensate for cost incurred by customers. Simply unacceptable!
