Unfair judgement

Hi I've had the full package with multichoice and they have contacted me with a better decoder, I have asked them what the catch were and they said nothing and that it is only the better version of the decoder. No money or anything added, so I decided to take this deal after maybe 6-8 months I have moved to my hometown and I decided to cancel my subscription with dstv. By doing that I was now told that I'm being charged with cost on the decoder because of contract breach of which I feel is unfair because this was not explained to me. I so wish this could get handled and the judgement can disappear from my name. Thank you that you always listen and help.
