unfair deductions
i spoke to sa regarding my account and she didnt help at all.... i reopened my dstv acc on the 15 and payed on the 10 i payed again and more money which she explain i dont even understand, we i ask her to send a detailed statement she said she cant.now its the 5th of feb im being disconnect and its hardly a month i payed them. it feels like a day lite *******.
