Unfair credit listing
I never thought Multichoice was bad as what I have experienced. I regret giving Multichouce access to my Bank account and when l did not need the services they want me to pay irregardless of not viewing. In March I didn't pay but they are saying it was not disconnected and I should make a payment. I know that if an account is not paid it is disconnected. When they decided to list me on the credit bureau no one communicated wih me of such steps. Its a pay to view channel but I'm listed as owing when lm suppose to pay first then view. This Devi order thing is a way to trap customers and l never want to ever watch DSTV channel because of this Bad experience. I need explanations why this happend and what measures can l take because my credit status is now affected. Multichoice is a big company and they just do whatever they want to consumers and they know it's monopolizing the market and there is no substitute company you will go to. I demand answers so that I take necessary measures and which contract states that if you don't pay to view you will be listed on the credit bureau. I am now suffering because of the inefficient staff that did not do their job to cut the services.
