Unfair Business Practice

Multichoice sent that message to me towards end June 2022. This was their way of getting me back into their business and I fell for it. I paid R800+ in July and in August I paid half for my premium account. We'll I thought that they had kept to their promises. But then now their are recharging me back these fees.

I contacted them this Morning to inquire and the Contact Centre could not respond to the query. When I ask to speak to Supervisor I was given the normal phrase "the team leader in a meeting"

I am still waiting for the Supervisor to call.

My Services has been disconnected and DSTv insist that I should pay these fees that they promise I won't pay.

This is an unfair business practice from such a big company.

I want to pay my fair share.
