Unfair billing

I dealt with an agent by the name of Gugulethu who asured ne that the R127.50 that was scheduled to go off my account on the 2nd of June 2017 would not go off. She was not clear what that amount was for as she could not confirm it from her system, that was on the 31st of May 2017. I tried again yesterday as I needed to be sure that nothing is going off my account on the 2nd, after all, my bill date is on the 20th of every month. I tried the live chat today & I spoke to Tshepo who was also not sure of the amount as it did not reflect on his system. He too confirmed nothing is going off today, he promised to contact me & never did. Anyway the amount did go off as I anticipated it would. I saw it under my account as 1 of the debit orders enlisted for today as I have a privilege to see such information as I work for a bank. Am very frustrated & annoyed of this. Again I called today & spoke to an agent by the name of Motlatsi at 18h21 who was very unhelpful. He could not confirm the amount & told me I needed to send proof of the amount so that it could be reversed. I did not agree to an amount of R127.50 to go off today, besides if Multichoice planned to debit me today, surely they know of such & why should I send them a bank statement? Please reverse this amount urgently before I escalate this issue even further as I feel it is very unfair & not agreed up. My debit order for the price lock goess off on the 20th of every month & I have lost count as to how many times I have confirmed that & been assured of. Please assist as no one has been abled to, agents have over promised me & under deliver. Really unhappy!
