Unfair billing

Hi

I'm infuriated to say the least. Just received an sms stating that Multichoice has handed over my account to ITC-BA for a balance of R443.33. Why do multichoice continue to supply services to non paying customers? Since this is a prepaid service, I expect it to cut off if the period lapses. If a customer does not pay it simply means that I don't want or I can not afford at the moment.

I don't think this is a fair practice and feel ****** and should reported!!!

Please show me in the contract that I should pay for grace period awaiting payment.

Disgusted
