Unexplained termination of services

Very disappointed. 4 days of calling them and all I hear is that my decorder is not connected to any account. How does that happen? And what is the solution then? I am now recording every conversation with the call center, seriously considering suing them for breech of their contract! Very shameful how they treat their customers
