Unexplained billings and the service is pathetic

Multichoice service is pathetic. Every time I log a query it never gets resolved. Pricelock means the amount never changes but here I am trying to get an explanation on why my dstv fluctuates every months. You call, go on live chat and still no assistance or you just wait forever on the live chat. When u do eventually check the live chat they tell u due to no response they have to end the chat but u the customer has been waiting for ever.
