Unexplainable charges on my acc

I'm a very angry client of dstv. Was charged 480 last month for what I don't know know. I called Lindikuhle Manana who I spoke with and he kept on saying I don't know on other questions was asking. He told me about R13 which is a pro rata and I asked him what is a pro rata and he doesn't know but keeps on telling me pro rata. I asked to speak to team leader, supervisor or manager and he told me no one is available to speak to me.

I hear a lady explaining to him what to say and I ask him rather give the lady the phone to explain to me to cut this shot and told me straight NO I cant and again told me pro-rata. At one point he just put me on hold played music without telling me he will put me on hold and lastly he hung up on me without resolving my query.

I can write this everyday if I have to I need this resolved ASAP.
