I visited the Randburg Call centre on Monday 29 June 2015 and Ms Matlakala Khumalo informed me that I can take the North Indian Bouquet and EasyView package (R39) which works out to a total of R244 per month and to R244 x 11 months = R2684, if I pay annually. She also indicated that I will have to bring my existing DSTV Access package in line with the annual payment which works out to an additional R99 x 11 months = R1089. So the total amount she gave me was R3773. I double-checked and confirmed this package and pricing.<br> On the basis of the pricing which she gave me and I again confirmed with her, I had the second decoder (HD4136) purchased and installed on 10 July 2015.<br> When I phoned the DSTV call centre on 10 July 2015 to activate the North Indian Bouquet and EasyView package, Ms Dineo Mpotle told that I could not take EasyView and that I have to take the Access package instead with the North Indian Bouquet, which now works out to R4433 per annum. This is R660 more than what Ms. Khumalo confirmed with me!<br> I want Multichoice to honour its original pricing that was quoted!! This is extremely *********.
