Really I am getting annoyed with this company, every month they debit any amount they want from my account. I have subscribed for R664 package last month on the 20th they've debited R675 n this month they've debited R765...i really don't know what you want from me..i was accused of subscribing for SHOWMAX... I have never ever done such a thing or watch SHOWMAX... I called multichoice to fix this issue cause I've never spoken to anyone regarding this.. The consultant decided to have havy breath on the fone he kept quiet without calling his supervisor as I asked to speak to his supervisor...i am really tired of this ********* compony I am really tired. Everytime I have the need to upgrade or downgrade I call multichoice and speak to a consultant.. I do not use any other platform cause I'm avoiding to do mistakes...till today I haven't received any feedback regarding SHOWMAX issue...this is not the first time... I was also accused of upgrading my package to R1224 if I'm not mistaken...the agent told me that I did it on self service platform...now it's SHOWMAX and my subscription fluctuate every month
