Hi. Live with my aged mother. Dstv increases debit order as they please. Add services not requested. When you phone help line you have to jump through hoops to verify your account so why when you phone to ask why extra service was added they can't tell you who did it??? Surely if you add extra services same rules should apply? ID, etc. Very fishy. Maybe a ghost required the extra service with all relevant information. Puleaase!!! They preying on innocent people. They think if you have lots of money you won't notice an extra R95. Well we are not rich and have to count our pennies. Would love to hear from someone at dstv that knows what's going on. At the end of the day you qualify ad corporate thrives.
