********* behaviour
On the 29th October 2019 Multichoice sent me an SMS informing me that they've switched on my PVR features for 30 days at no costs. In November they sent me an SMS again stating that I owe them R620,99 which included the R95 for the PVR features which they had said it was for free for 30 days on the previous SMS. I called in and spoke to a lady and she said she was going to log a query for me, Till today I've never received feedback. I then used one of their methods to pay of which I ended up paying the R95 for the features meaning I paid the whole R620,99. On the 4th December multichoice decided to cut off the features I had paid for now.
1. I never received feedback 2. They promised something on an SMS which is a marketing tool for one of their features and they misled me I ended up paying more than I should have. 3. Even after I paid more than I should have it gets cut off before time.
This is totally wrong and ********* how many people has multichoice done this to, gaining R95 the wrong way.

On behalf of MultiChoice, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the negative experience that you've had and for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Kindly note, in October, customers who have inactive PVR services were identified and were given these functions free of charge, as means to customers to fully experience their use of their Explora decoders. After this, if a customer then still decided not to continue with the access they were could do so, but if not then customers were more than welcome to cancel it again.
Please be assured you were not billed for this period. You can consult your November statement which reflects the reversal of this cost.
Kind regards,
