unesessary deductions on my account

<p>on the 28/8/2015 ,I installed DSTV's compact decorder and my monthly subscription was R345 ,I made sure that I don't skip a month .Then on 05/03/2017 I migrated to Explora and was in a price lock plan .My monthly subscription then became R539 per month for two years .</p> <p>I decided that they should deduct monthly fees by debit order payment ,I became surprised when they deducted execive amount of R1300 per month .I inquired about it and I was told that I owe R4100 which I don't know .Later they send an email apologising and they said I can stick to price plan .this month R1300was deducted again</p>
