Undisclosed terms and conditions

On the 20/09/2021.. my account was paid in full, then a consultant from DStv called me up to offer me a price Lock package, what she didn't disclose was that my account was gonna go into arrears immediately, she said I was gonna pay only in October on my normal debit order date.. now I see why she was so quick to hangup the phone after her **** sales pitch.. now I wanna cancel, but now they saying they don't even offer customers a cooling off period..
