Underhanded and sneaky

After so many back and forth emails which I always initiated, Multichoice still could not tell me how they got to the amount R112.30 which was outstanding, instead they resorted to sneaky and underhanded tactics, like taking that amount from my annual subscription fee's. I am so disgusted and I feel so helpless because we are at the mercy of multichoice.
