Underdelivering &****py service from Multi choice

DStv (Multichoice) offfers a poor service. They like to overpromise and underdeliver. I've tried to downgrage my package and i have been taken from pillar to post. I even requested a refund & the useless new callcentre agents are *********** & like pretending like they are supervosirs and managers when you ask to speak to one. I am going to switch to Netflix as soon as I get my refund.
