Undeliverd Router for almost a month

I have shared my enquiry with Dstv and a lady called me and she said to me it takes 3 week to deliver my router. She **** to me cause it was returned due to incorrect address on there Google maps that the courier company uses.i have provided the correct address I even send my water and lights plus Google maps coordinates. Its almost a month niw just to deliver a parcel here in Pretoria Gauteng 😓
