Another bad service from Dstv

When signing up I was told that the pro rata fees and monthly subscription fees will be deducted on the 25th of November and have it on my phone as it records calls.

Then my services got suspended a week in, I then had a chat with a lady named MAKHOSAZANA and she confirmed that the fees should go off on the 25th with Subscription fees.

Now today a week later the same thing happens and I log a complaint and this guy Karabo tells me he can't help me he needs the fees to be paid. Then I call in and the agent tells me he can do nothing.

Okay so now I'm fed the hell up with these people, and feel like canceling my subscription, I had a difficult time before after signing up, no feedback was given whatsoever and posted here before, to keep me happy they offered me a dstv voucher and I declined as I asked for a good customer service, after speaking to the lady who called me back due to this review I felt they made a mistake and removed it but now again another bad service from you guys.

I'm lost for words right now
