Unconsented package

My subscription has been updated without my consent. I usually pay for dstv on month ends which i did, yesterday my dstv was disconnected because they said i did not and when i checked i noticed that they have subscribed me on a new package which i never consented, which is *****. I had to pay something i never budgeted for. And that i wrong I need a refund
