Unconnected, Unbothered, disgrace Dstv that what u r.

Unconnected wifi I was sold for Dstv wifi for 239 monthly starting as in June 2025 ,only that was a lie when I received it I was then told it will 449 for 400GB no discount ... it been only less then 3 months I been paying on time on the 26 August I paid as usual only to find after that I was short for 147 so I called to find out what that amount for ... was then told I need to pay for router fee for having that box u pay 79 no1 has explained that I requested my contract with but they failed and I also asked for record of sale nothing... after numerous calls ,being told I will get a feedback nothing still has happened I have not been connected for the past weeks. I'm very disappointed on this brand not only they don't care about clients but it when they sell lies no transparency nothing. My requested 1. To be connected with immediate effect 2. To give me my contract and Records of sales. I'm not rich, I work very hard for the money having a wifi at home was convinced for my kids with thier homework and my disable child with his functional on-site classes...
