Unbothered Online agents

I have to say I am more then disappointed and annoyed by the your chat online agents. If they don't leave you on read they take hours to respond and never assist. I spoke to Bonolo and Paballo who seem to both do the same thing on multiple occasions, one left me on read twice and decided to respond an hour later claiming she had wanted to help but I logged off...*** after 2 hours?! The other just decided to not assist at all. I have to say the service is poor, please get agents who really want that job, because those one's are just not it.
