Unbelievably pathetic service

Posted previously, rep**** to post on several occasions with no reapinse from DSTV, so I am making a new post. Poor Service Service is a little on the pathetic side. Had to log 2 queries. First, when called no one was able to assist due to a lack of access or skill and I was referred to the Live Chat for assistance. I used the live chat for other queries, but it is really slow to get a response and if you take a while to respond, they disconnect then you have to start from scratch.

My DSTV rewards query is still not resolved and I am right now waiting for another Live Chat agent to assist.

I had good experiences previously with clearing error codes, but this time it's just pathetic.
