Unbelievably disgusting service!

My subscription was paid on 27 January via paypal which is an option when using self service. After speaking to two agents we are still disconnected although the payment has gone through our account!!!!! They dont care to listen. They disconnect you on the day that your payment is due!!!!! Pathetic!!
