Unbelievable poor service for returning customer

I signed up for a streaming account. Not only have I called the call centre over 8 times but I paid R180 for nothing

They won't refund me but not only that but I've had no service!!!! I've had no access to streaming. She refused to refund me. I could have chosen a competitor for R350 a month but felt I'd give them a try at R699 streaming

As an ex dstv premium customer this is disgusting service. The poor lady who offered to call me back never did. The next lady couldn't pick up my R180.... Seriously! I'm so disappointed... I'm not a difficult customer but now we can't watch the sport
