Unavailability to give service

I have lodge numerous complaints on hello peter regarding the issue of not been able to record programs. On the “lets chat” site the “bod” can only recognise certain ****ions. You cannot phone in to call centre anymore as there is no agents to talk to. DSTV take your money every month, pay employees that is not available -what a joke! If some one at DSTV see this complaint plse phone me. My customer nr ***2. I am more than 10 years a loyal customer but do they care? Pathetic
