Unauthorized value added services

So we woke up to a disconnected service. When I check why on what's app since I know payment was made, boom a value added service(Disney +) I never authorized. This is *****. Now I owe 3months money for something I never asked for? Who authorized this? What security check did you guys do? Please send me a call recording proving that I approved this asap.

Secondly why was I not notified about the rates going up?You were quick to notify about the *****ulent amount but didn't about your rates? Someone is clearly not doing their job here. I am so disappointed in this service provider. Please communicate on emai providing proof of the above.
