Unauthorized upgrades/Worst customer service !!!!

Very Bad Customer Service !!!!😡😡😡

Since my last review about them about 2 weeks ago regarding unauthorized upgrades I have not recieved any form of assistance from Multichoice what so ever I am still disconnected,am still on the upgraded package and Multichoice is hiding behind the self service which I believe that there is definitely something wrong with their system or someone from their side has been making those upgrades and now they hiding behind the self service system.

What happened to the Treating customers fairly principle???
