Unauthorized upgrades
Such bad service!!! ... We were upgraded to the highest package WITHOUT our consent been phoning in every week to correct it... Now they stopped our Explora benefits can we request the recording where we asked for this because now we paying for a higher package we didn't want and paying for explora but can't use it
