Unauthorized Subscription - Price Lock

ENQUIRY REFERENCE NUMBER : ***3 Was offered a "price lock", and confirmed the payable amount with the person selling, meaning there was no additional cost... Unfortunately, I was billed an additional R49. I tried getting the recording/s as an evidence that I never agreed to any additional subscription. I was **** to on several occasions; and now, the written complaint is being ignored (for 14 days and counting).
