Unauthorized Reactivation

I was talking to one one agents on their social media twitter and was talking to PML I advised him to schedule disconnection of smard card *** for the 02/09/15, Nd the then he told me that the amount due tomorrow is R746.33. I asked him why cause I'm only left with 1 active smard card that is on compact ***. He then told me that another smard card that is not working for some time now said it's active on dstv extra *** and I never authorized any reactivation on that smard card and I'm not liable,i asked him to call me he never did.and this has affected my family asking me about the bill
