Unauthorized PriceLock
Multichoice has ****med me by signing me up to an unauthorized PriceLock 2019. This month I found out the PriceLock is still in existence after complaining last year, and I am told I still have 22 months before it can be terminated. Now am confused that from 2019 to 2021 am left still with 22 months? An email was sent to PriceLock Department to call me so to cancel it but am still waiting and their response said within 24 hours.
