Unauthorized package subscription

I have noticed, that previous reviews has sadly not been given the time of day with any response. But I will still write the review to warn other people of this App. As a long standing customer, DSTV has failed to assist with canceling a package subscription I did not even request! I called for assistance since since last week and no one is able to assist. What are they getting paid for exactly? No wonder you are loosing customers DSTV service is pathetic.
