Unauthorized Multichoice debit order!!!! I am gutted with your service
I woke up to find my account debited!!! Who gave you the authority to debit the account without my consent! That is medication money that you debited! When I spoke to a consultant on the 28th September, she asked do you want us to set up a debit order? I responded with a clear "NO".. She asked why? I stated that I work for myself and do not have a specific payment date therefore I will pay cash.
I am very unhappy with this! Please return my money and deactivate my account. Remove my details from your sysytem!

Why did you debit my account in the first place? I have never consented to anyone at Multichoice to setting up a debit order on my account. Why??? Today 01/10/2019 I transferred money into my primary bank account and it was immediately taken by Multichoice again... I called my bank to check what is going on and it happens that "my account is on a negative and it multichoice's details reflecting on there". If I made a clear NO to debit order setup from the beginning, WHY DID MY ACCOUNT GET DEBITED?
