Unauthorized Funeral Cover and Service Suspension by DStv

I am extremely frustrated with how DStv has managed my account. Recently, DStv claimed that I had subscribed to a funeral cover, which I never authorized. As a result, my DStv services were suspended. I was forced to cancel a policy that I never signed up for but my services remain disconnected.

Despite following all the instructions to cancel the unauthorized funeral cover, my services have not been restored. I am still waiting for DStv to provide the recording that supposedly confirms I took out the funeral cover

I urge DStv to resolve this matter quickly, or I will consider escalating it further to consumer protection bodies.
