Unauthorized deduction of money

<p>DSTV deduct R4089 from my account on Tuesday without any letters, e-mails or phonecalls. Just took my money without authorization. I phoned 3 times. Every time I get the same result. They keep on telling me someone will phone me back. I am still waiting 4 days down the road. Meanwhile I don't have money to buy electricity, will not even be able to watch DSTV for which I paid R4089 this month.</p>
