Unauthorized deduction from my bank account

On 22 Sept. 2025, DSTV debited my account with an amount of R1,880.42 as a decoder subscription, i do not own a decoder and they have previously asked me it i would like one and i have always declined. I do however have a month-to-month stream subscription for R699.00. I did not authorize this amount and i want it back!!
