UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTING amounts from account
Multichoice you need to get your act together. I have complaint about money being deducted on my account without my approval. Now that i have gone in to my dstv account, I see you have been taken money as you wish, I have paid up my decoder to amount of R1652-19 - settlement amount as per your agent. Now I see that I have been charged the R99 p.m as well after the settlement and also an amount of R58-50 was deducted in Jan - FOR WHAT???!!!. HOW THE HELL IS THIS POSSIBLE????!!!!
Also this is now six or seven days later and I have still not been credited on my first account query which was brought to your attention almost three weeks ago.
YOU need to get your act together and stop taking money that does not belong to you and start providing a service for which I am apparently paying more than triple for. And don't make promises of some will call guess what that some did not call yet, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND GET THIS SORTED FOR ONCE AND FOR ALL
