unauthorized debits

i am in a pricelock but the company continue to debit far higher amounts than agreed upon ,when you call them using my limited resources having to sit on the cellphone for over 25 minutes before you relay your story,only to be told that their system activates unauthorized debits on their means we are at risk ,by signing a debit i gave the license to raid my funds unchecked ,to date i still have to be refunded
