Unauthorized debits, continuously!!!
Multichoice has debitted my account twice, first in April 2021 (for R9! - *** for?!) Then again in June 2021 for R927! I'm not even on a R927 package ? nor do I want to be! I canceled my direct debit order mandate with them and downgraded my package over a year ago and then all of a sudden you guys decide its a good time to start going into client accounts to collect unauthorized funds?!? the impact of returned debits on client accounts is far reaching and this is completely unacceptable as you continously go into my account mid-month, without due consideration of whether funds might be available or not?!! Stop it, Multichoice! Stop *****ing from clients! It is *******!

The unauthorized debit has now caused a dent on my banking profile with a returned debit. The impact of this is detrimental to my immediate financial planning. Stop messing people over ?? pls provide me with feedback and way forward at the very earliest. I'm so mad right now! ? ? ?

The bank has now charged me an additional R110 returned debit fee, to add insult to the injury already caused to my now negative credit profile with my bank! Does anyone in your team acknowledge the depth of all this at all?
