Unauthorized debit orders
I've been upgraded to dstv premium without my approval so they said it's gna take 7-14 working days to reverse my money ....I'm still waiting even now .. on my debit orders i stil c dat R765 ,who approved it . Dstv is **** no wonder people are unsubscribing and going to Netflix etc

16 Mar 2023, 07:43How are you fixing it because I've been debited R582.75 yesterday without my approval and mY debit orders go off month end .... so now dstv does as it pleases with our monies ... wherelse it was said I have credit on my account, I won't pay this month then out of the blue R582.75 is deducted.. I'm gonna have to block dstv from my account...this is uncalled 4!!!!
